We are so confident in our services that we offer a 1-year guarantee that no mold or mildew will return to your vinyl siding or we will come and wash the area at no cost to you. Lemon Guard kills mold at the root. Killing mold at the root is only possible using detergents, this should be important to you as most companies only use water pressure to remove mold. Cleaning with only water pressure leaves a thin, invisible, layer of organic material that can start growing mold again quickly. Our soft wash process does not leave any mold spores. Wood Care
Cleaning wood is not as simple as firing up a powerwasher and hitting the deck with water to remove mold and weathering. Wood needs to be professionally cleaned and brightened to maintain it properly. There are many different types of wood. Our process takes into consideration the type of wood you have, the density of the wood, and any current protective coatings. We first apply a specific wood cleaning product to the wooden surface being cleaned. The wood is then cleaned at a regulated psi (pounds of pressure per square inch), and then properly neutralized and brightened following. We can just about guarantee many other power washing companies ARE NOT neutralizing and brightening the surface!
Composite Decks
Composite Decking is an expensive and very sensitive material. Composite decks need to be cleaned using a soft wash technique. We first apply our detergent to the deck and then it is rinsed with very low pressure. DO NOT be deceived, you can not remove mold from a composite deck with pressure! Most manufacturers of composite decking recommend no more than 1300 psi to be used on the decking surface. An improperly trained person can cause irreversible damage to your composite decking! Don’t be a guinea pig for the landscaping company or painter to power wash your deck! Call us for a renewed composite deck.
Roof Washing
Our roof cleaning service comes standard with a 2 year no mold guarantee. We use a softwash application that is safe for asphalt shingles. It is important that you do not hire any roof cleaning company that will use a powerwasher or a high pressure application to your roof. This will void the 20 year warranty most asphalt shingles come with, will break off shingle grit, and weaken the shingle. Don’t buy into the franchises that powerwash your roof yet make it sound gentle like they are going to “shampoo” your roof. Don’t believe us? Call your shingle manufacturer and ask if they recommend 4000psi on your shingles. Our process is as gentle as a light rain. As we apply the soaps all the black streaks will disappear right before your eyes.
Window Cleaning
Cleaning windows is the hallmark of our company. We are equipped to do homes and commercial locations. We leave every window clean and streak free. We offer interior and exterior window cleaning, sill cleaning, screen cleaning and restoration. We offer a 30-day rain guarantee to all residential window cleaning customers. If it rains within 30 days of your service and you notice any spots or streaks we will return and clean whatever exterior windows you would like free of charge!
Gutter Cleaning
We stand apart from all the gutter cleaning companies in The Hudson Valley. We are the only company who is bold enough to offer a 30 day no clog guarantee. Most gutter cleaning companies won’t offer you a guarantee because when they clean your gutters they do not remove all the debris. Our service includes the gutters to be cleaned free of debris, and the downspouts cleaned and checked. We also offer, and recommend, our optional system flush. When we flush out your gutters we remove all debris from your gutters ensuring that everything is flowing properly. During the flush we also do a pitch & performance inspection. If there are any issues with the pitch or seams the flush will bring it to light so we can recommend the appropriate solution.
